1. Membership & Access

By applying to and paying for a Verified Promoter membership, you are granted unlimited eligible posting access inside the Hilarious Memes & Jokes For The Soul Facebook community for the duration of your active subscription.

Eligible posts are defined as content that complies with Facebook's Community Standards, our group rules, and these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any post that violates these guidelines.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer three plans: Monthly ($50/month, recurring), Yearly ($125/year, recurring), and Lifetime ($250, one-time payment). Monthly and yearly plans automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

3. No Refunds Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By purchasing a Verified Promoter membership, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: cancellation after payment, removal from the group for guideline violations, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to post content.

We encourage you to review all details before submitting payment.

For lifetime members, the one-time $250 payment is final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank or payment processor without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your membership and permanent ban from the community.

4. Application Review

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed manually within 24–48 hours. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Only approved applicants may proceed to payment.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree to only post content that you own or have permission to share. You must not post spam, misleading content, illegal material, or anything that violates Facebook's Community Standards.

Only approved domains may be linked in your posts. Unapproved links may result in post removal. Repeated violations may result in termination of your membership without refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the unlimited posting privilege. Spamming, posting identical content repeatedly, or flooding the group with low-quality posts may result in restrictions or termination of your membership.

Moderator decisions are final. By submitting your application, you agree to respect and follow all decisions made by our moderation team.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you post. By posting inside our community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within the group for the purpose of community engagement.

The Hilarious Memes & Jokes For The Soul name, logo, and branding are our property and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the performance of Facebook's Content Monetization program, changes to Facebook's policies, or any earnings you may or may not receive as a result of posting in our community.

We make no guarantees regarding reach, views, engagement, or monetization earnings. Your results depend on many factors including content quality, timing, and Facebook's algorithm.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time for violations of these Terms, group rules, or Facebook's policies. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of your membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
